For the in-person ceremony, we are abiding by the state and county guidelines for gatherings allowed at the time (which can change). And as we are serving clients across the Bay Area, we’re also using the strictest of guidelines (as people may be traveling from county to county) to keep those in all counties safe. Currently you can have up to 12 people at a gathering in the Bay Area, including the two of you and your vendors. So, plan to invite about 6-8 guests, but we can discuss this more in our kick off call.
For the virtual portion of the ceremony and the reception, our packages include up to 200 guests (not households). If you are looking to have more than 200 guests, we will need additional hosts to make sure all your guests are taken care of. We can discuss this during our kick off call and add it on at that time.
